Zappy Stars in his own Super Bowl Commercial
During the 2000 Super Bowl my partners and I launched our brand Computer.com/1-800 COMPUTER with an advertisment during the Super Bowl. The Kablalistic concept employed was to "Eliminate as Much Proccess as Possible," this meant attempting to create a brand in a single moment, while a critical mass of people are tuned into a single point of consciousness.
Confident that our "Intent" was clear, (The Site Focused on helping novice computer users feel comfortable) we rolled the dice and spent $3 Million dollars on a single 30 second advertising spot during the game.
Since we were the last advertiser to buy a spot in the game, we were slotted to run during the very last commercial break in the game. Despite being warned by the Network that Super Bowls were traditionally lopsided events, we decided that even if many people tuned out, we would still have a critical mass of viewers and awareness. As fate would have it, the game came down to the very last play, making it the time the highest rated commercial of all time, more than 150 Million viewers.
As you will see when you click the link and watch the spot on youtube, my business partner, also first name Mike cast ourselves in the commercial, and decided to just have fun with it.
When your comfortable with your intent, it's easy to laugh, even as you spend $100,000 per second.

Computer.com was sold to Office Depot's online division, it is now owned by Systemax a Publicly traded company, stay tuned for their 2007 brand remake.
Applying Kablalistic principles to business since then has helped me to Co-Found Internet Brands including, Music.com, Diamond.com, Beer.com, Creditcards.com, Software.com, Phone.com, Chocolate.com, Podcast.com, Sweepstakes.com, Debt.com, Etc, all at varying stages of development
These same Kabalistic principles can also be applied to Health and Relationships.
Peace. Zappy

This concept = Pure arrogance!
Dear J-F
It may be characterised as arrogance, but it's also creative and cash-flow-creating, which benefits many people by creating new jobs.

Zappy, on your pictures..with that bold head of yours, I thought you were one tough, ..
Seeing that..
lol, great stuff!,
I gotta get a copy, soon, of that book of yours,
On a jewish note, recently a best friend, he,
well, his story, meeting his princess..
Beyond!~@ a parallel universe..,
tell you some other time, pure magic,
Love, passion,
wow! Nice accomplishments.... I echo Heather's sentiments; but, also resonate too.. with the naysayers...
after all.. every "thing" we think exist; has two sides of its own coin.
so, on that note... the other side is:
I live, disabled on 10 thousand a year...rent alone is 6 thousand a year; I could live 10-15 years almost comfortably on 100 thousand for the rest of my life.. I could have my arm fixed, my shoulder, and foot... this is how we without, see the with. LOL It's only natural.. b/c we have dreams too.
One day Zappy, I aspire to have the ability to spend 100 thousand a second.... too; and create jobs of course, of course!!
One day, I hope to see some of my designs on calendars, and poster-framed on peoples home and office walls. On book-covers, and CD's...
with loving kindness, not "with" yet.. but

Dear Zappy
You've sold me, where do I sign up? Brilliant commercial, I especially liked Mike's snort at the end, and the nephew's eyebrows, too.
