Vital advice. I left a spiritual discussion blog shaking my head yesterday. The spiritual site posters at that point could think of nothing good to say about George Bush.

This man is in a very important role to the world.

It was a discussion site of spiritual writers.

And these people who tend to speak of sunshine, love, beauty, and kindness toward one another could think of nothing good to say.

365 days times 7 years and nothing good to say?

Well, they cannot see it but they are creating the next monster to take office. That monster is their unwillingness to compliment. That monster is their unwillingness to acknowledge hard work. That monster is their lack of knowledge of the content of 365 days times 7 years. That monster is assumption. That monster is focus -- focus on choice of options. Options forgotten. Focus remembered.

The irony? They speak sooooo nicely and hang out on spiritual blog sites. They send admonishments of goodliness if someone gets argumentative with their view while missing the world application and intent entirely.

For example, the next potential American Frankenstein is lying on the table waiting to be brought to life. Our telegraphic wires are piped in. Before we inaugurate him or her, I hope we realize the radiation. That goes for other world leaders and battles, too.

I've long thought that crime cartel bosses are born from the basements of people who vehemently insist on happy talk while plainly carrying huge ridiculous signs of their inability to happy talk the unapproved list.

This is a very beautiful post. I heard from what I will my higher Self last night or this morning .... "Be Thoughtful."

I too believe our thoughts are very important to us and others, so I have been working on it again lately, especially when I heard that I was 'angry,' as I thought really? I can see buried my anger within and somehow did not see it, as I was always showed my anger openly and then it was gone within. Now, I hold it all in as I attempt to control my anger and not share it. So I see that my anger still spreads, even tho I did not even think it was there. Anyway, lately, I have been trying to see what is upsetting me, which is covered within, so that I can resolve my anger.

I think it has more to do with resentments (of many things that have happened over the last few years, which I had not dealt with, but covered up, thinking it would go away (e.g., Deepak did a few recent good Q&A posts on resentment, which hit home for me).

So now, I am working on purify my thoughts as best as I can. After I do this, then I realized that I have more thoughts to purify and on to many etcs. I was surprised at all the foul thoughts that I was carrying.

On the upside of this, I have noticed an immediate affect my thoughts have been having on people, as I saw a 180 degree turn when I clear my mind of the negative thoughts. So even I cannot think of something positive at the moment, I will at least attempt to eliminate the negative, with the hopes that I can come up with something positive. So this has been my internal war that I could not believe was taking part within me and affecting everyone and everything.

Yes, I have a ways to go, but I think I've gotten some mud out of my eye :-) ... feels good, things and people feel good, as I feel a little fresher.

The "IMAGE SHOWN BELOW" YES! is THE IMAGE you are using in all your HQR threads, which are many.

While in other thread in the same context you contradict yourself by saying:

There is no confusion here. There are many visualizations, agreed! But, the one you use is by Stembrigdge and McMullen on your own admittance. It is also based on my own research. May I humbly request you to re-visit your own threads that you have suggested me, to enlighten yourself?

It is a courtesy to give the simple attributes wherever an image is used.

I hope HQR* takes necessary correction measures.

Having said that...AJ...why are you a constant asshole? I don't believe I can find one positive thing you've ever contributed. A simple question: How can we recognize the truth? It is, of course, difficult. But there are a few simple rules.

The truth ought to be logically consistent. It should not contradict itself; that is, there are some logical criteria. It ought to be consistent with what else we know. That is an additional way in which miracles run into trouble. We know a great many things—a tiny fraction, to be sure, of the universe, a pitifully tiny fraction. But nevertheless some things we know with quite high reliability.

So where we are asking about the truth, we ought to be sure that it's not inconsistent with what else we know. We should also pay attention to how badly we want to believe a given contention. The more badly we want to believe it, the more skeptical we have to be. It involves a kind of courageous self-discipline.

Nobody says it's easy. I think those three principles at least will winnow out a fair amount of chaff. It doesn't guarantee that what remains will be true, but at least it will significantly diminish the field of discourse.

You may be reacting to memories of the past, rather than to what AJ is writing now. Not that AJ needs my advocacy or opinion. I just thought it was interesting to observe this changed reaction in myself, and wanted to share it with you.

Would it help, if, since the E8 image is brought forward with a lot of posts, a simple statement be attached something like Compliments of (person) based on (whoever/whatever). I have no authority to do this, of course, but it might help.
Also, would it help if you made a list of the inconsistent statements that bother you and you and the person making those statements bring them out in the open and discuss them. Maybe you have done this and I just missed it; because honestly, I start out reading with good intentions, and whenever possible would like to add something from my own field of expertise, then the discussion seems to degenerate into bickering, and I just go elsewhere.

Anyway, just a thought. Just trying to stay positive and not think evil.

To be able to see the whole, including what is not beautiful and godly, if ncecessary to act accordingly in human terms - here can be discussed about what action/reaction and whether one is appropriate or not ...
