If we can get 50 million - 100 million US citizens to commit and make a collective decision to switch to alternative energy sources, it is a done deal.

We can then bypass individuals and special interests in government and actually create our own solution.

Once we secure/license the required intellectual property we can then contract directly with 1st 2nd and 3rd tier automotive suppliers to build electric, hydrogen, or hybrid cars and bypass Detroit and Corporate Interests and burdens.

We should also work out the implementation of geo thermal, wind, solar and other infrastructure changes. Also because we are doing it ourselves we could lower taxes having eliminated some of our dependancy on an inefficient institution.

We need some leadership and great communicators to create unity and direction among the people and then the true power of the people can be expressed and their dreams realized.

100 million people working in unity would be the greatest power on the planet, greater than any country, army or industry, nothing could stand against them.

Organized for collective action in concert and armed with discerning intelligence to cut through the fictions.

We have to be careful because what is often presented as the issues to the people, are not the real issues. They are really dividers and diversions.

So many children's needs aren't met with an unconditional Yes, even in what seem to be prosperous societies. It's not only the obviously poor and hungry who suffer.

Infant abuse very often creates emotional withdrawal, depression, cruelty, or violence. It is also often expressed towards the next generation of children. This starts or continues a cycle where the negativity is passed from generation to generation. Where did all these terrible things originate? It could be simply from the stresses of too many people in one limited environment, with not enough food to go around. The cycle is now tens-of-thousands if not hundreds-of-thousands of years old, and embedded in our genes.

The only way to break the cycle is with love. Love doesn't always say yes, but love always cares, and love never wants to hurt. Real justice can only be offered to each person, one by one, via love, compassion and insight, and patience too, to create emotional safety for people who've been battered by circumstances beyond their control.

I agree that those who have what they need in life should share their time and material goods, and make every effort to raise others' awareness of problems. But they should also give of their love, patience, gentleness, warmth, humor, compassion -- their humanity, in short. When emotionally-healthy people can't find a way to share such personal intangible energies, stressed and damaged people cannot heal, no matter what material relief is supplied to them; and thus the cycle continues.
