Relations or Money..
It entirely depends on our prerogative to choose from either of the two...
But to speak my heart out, money can buy everything but not happinesss......We every now and then invest our money in million dollar projects but we don't have an emotion to spend on our relations.
Your entire life you run after a demon called "PAISA" and when you acquire it you like to share with someone, but what you see is no one around you. Though money made you virtuoso in the outerworld, but my dear did it make adept in your inner world? Yes it may be true to live, you need money, but to live life to the fullest you need relations. Consider it was a bad day out for you with umpteen worse things happening to you - does your heart not cry out for your loved ones? Yesterday it was in newspaper that Indian Youth is the happiest in the world what they need is money no family.
Let me leave it to our youth, does our youth needs only money and no relations? Waiting to see what the young Indians say...

Games is what we all play. And it is games theory which is really the answer of your question. Relations, money, are the instruments for survival. For our existance we need recognition of ourselves which is acquired through relations on the emotional basis and with money on physical scale.
Lets apply gravity model. Our existence = relation value multyply money value. More the both more will be our ego and identity in this worldly world.
Money and relations compensate eachother as well as show a positive correlation. If money increases relations go strong. If relations go strong you get more helping hands to earn money.
Yes it is also true that encentric approch towards only one could have disastrous outcome for the other. If you totally ignore money for your relation your relations will consume you. if you ignore relations than money will not be as helpfull in your existence as it might if you had it used for your relations.
that all...thanks.

Your message is very clear, it is true that people neglect relationship in chase of money, Money is not bad but mind is..... I appriciate your thoughts.

Nothing great on it but yes good to read.

Ankita,
Thanks for your post. Money is the value we place on everything in this materialistic world. In some circles that value is marked by the shoes a woman is wearing or a car or home one owns. In other circles its the places one has travelled or the degrees one has collected. Money speaks when we walk down a city or country street. We are conditioned to see and to judge based on monetary value.
What if we could change the lens of our eyes allowing the focus to be more penetrating? What if we could see with x-ray vision the light streams emanating from people rather than the material layer of surface stuff? What if we could immediately by-pass old shallow judgments and have a direct line heart to heart? A heart line that is paved in gold?
Trish~~

Dear Ankita,
I liked your thoughts on money and love. Money cannot buy love, I agree. Money gives outer happiness. Love gives inner happiness. But we need both. What can we do with love on empty stomachs? And what can we do in mansions without love? These are the age old questions. That's why we need both. Why not?
Perhaps we should work hard to make plenty of money, and then marry our sweet hearts. What do you think?
It must be hard to find time to write poetry when you are "a final year graduation student."
I am sure you write wonderful poetry. Could you please post some poems here.
Thanks.
