Dear Richard,

According to what I have learned here on IB, I made myself from scratch (spontaneously, according to the GNM theory of Avtar Singh) a new alphabet for the “Warrior of Peace” in this 1st year :) I for myself am certain it will bring my life on a higher level and what I do hope is that it can be put in a mathematical formula that is as clear as that of Einstein.

It is my intention to live up to this alphabet and to forgive myself every time I fail to be perfect :)

Well here it is:

The alphabet of a peace warrior, he/she is:

Appreciating
Bothering
Cute
Divine
Enthralling
Fascinating
Hearty
Inspirating
Joyful
Kind
Lovely
Mindful
Nipply
One
Potential
Quality
Radiating
Soft
True
Unique
Veracious
Wavy
X-massy
Young
Zippy

In short, a peace warrior “G N O W S” (thanks to Sig Lonegren) how to live!

goodwednesdayeveryone,

Happy New Year to each and all here at IB....Best Wishes for a healthy, happy and prosperous 2008!!

Raise your hand if you are sick of the Presidential campaigns and those godforsaken poll percentages.... .345%for Obama, .345.4%for Hillary and .0012.5for HuckFin...and it is only Jan 2 of 2008.. how many more of the caucuses do we have to go through....it is like taking the slowest BM in the world...excruciating..boring...snoring..american politics....at least we are not killing off the candidates one by one...like some other Nations..we read about...such as the ole...bang your head on your sunroof Pakistan and die because sunroofs in Pakistan are deadly where in any other country they are just something that leaks when it rains and people can put there head through them on purpose and live to tell the tale...but not in Pakistan...sunroofs..kill..(wink,wink,wink)

How about FARC in Colombia taking hostages and holding them till they are all retirement age? What the F is FARC anyway...gee, those poor hostages...let those people go for heavens sake FARC...and get a life of your own instead of stealing everyone elses....I say F FARC Forever.

Kenya...what's up in Kenya...killing, murdering..and more questionable election results...gee....whats with all the violence world? Anyone ever hear of peaceful protests besides Buddish Monks? Lay down your knives, machetes and AK47s....march, quietly...silently..no need to kill your neighbor and the whole neighborhood...

Oh, yes, now I know what has been missing for the last couple of weeks....President Bush...talking...god, that is nice isn't it? Oh, for January 2009 when he is gone for good...back to Crawfoot...our Nation will no longer be held hostage to this President and Vice President...it will be just heavenly....imagine..full sentences being spoken by folks who can actually articulate whole paragraphs on the subject material they are talking about..

well, I think I must get on with the day, just stopped to take a little break...have a good one...ruth

hi,i'm back...because

you have to read this...love it...http://www.huffingtonpost.com/nora-ephron/my-top-ten-new-years-res_b_79076.html

enjoy, ruth

oh, heck, I might as well move in....

Just read in the nytimes in an ..M. Dowd piece that Mrs. Obama has said it is now or never for her husband...she will not let him run again...gee..too bad for Obama because it is not gonna happen now....and you know once the run for president bug gets up your butt it is hard to let it go...just ask John Edwards...looks like Obama may need a new Mrs...for his next run..

gee, the nerve of her thinking she can scare americans into voting for her husband with the "now or never threat" like we are going to fall for that!

hmmmmm..too funny. ruth

ruth

Thanks for the up date on Bork Obama's marital status... Ill keep it in mind
OH and that huggington post stuff is boring with a BIG B! yes, i don't read it unless you sign it

Thanks Deepak!

You continue to be the light in my life. I am full of hope this new year!

I urge all skeptics and believers alike to see this incredible documentary film on UFO's. Many governments are finally admitting that they do have proof of UFO's and are releasing their information on it to the public. China, France the Soviet Union etc... The U.S. will eventually be pressured to do the same and presently their are many, many high ranking military and government officials working to make this happen. See the film and decide for yourself. It's available at Blockbuster or at this site.

Hey ppl, if u don't right me in fo' Prez this year, then I am not even going to THINK about runnin' in '08!

That oughta do it, huh?

Of all the fluff reasons I have heard for Obama to be President, this one is tops!

OK, everyone why should you vote for O-bomb-a?

Because ...he has his WIFE'S PERMISSION to be President!

Is that rattling I'm hearing the sound of tehrists shakin' in their boots?

Who cares about his personal life. The question of the hour, Is he gonna listen to who's hiring him? or have an agenda of his own like the rest. We need someone that will say the words "love and peace and unity, every time there heard. Its not to late for others to run, maybe there is someone else, I hope.
The way I see the whole thing, It will be exactly as it should be..
can't lose

says know-it-all...

"looks like Obama may need a new Mrs...for his next run.."

well granny...when u are ready to eat crow...we'll be there to cheer u on!

Sing a song of sixpence a pocket full of rye,
Four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie.
When the pie was opened the birds began to sing,
Oh wasn't that a dainty dish to set before the king?
The king was in his counting house counting out his money,
The queen was in the parlour eating bread and honey
The maid was in the garden hanging out the clothes,
When down came a blackbird and stood atop her nose!

Now there's some good eatin! Cheers!

goodthursdayeveryone,

yes, got a chuckle out of the Mrs. telling America that it is now or never to vote for her hubby for Prez...gee, and they thought Hillary was a little miss bossy pants...but, heck, I get the feeling that Obama loves it...being bossed around by the Mrs...just funnin with the Obamas!

well, today, is the BIG day in Iowa....who is it gonna be? that is the million dollar question.

actually, it will be quite awhile before we know who is really gonna be the front runners in either party...it is gonna be a long spring and summer politically speaking.

this morning it was around 9 degrees in the northeast and this weekend they are calling for the 50's...nothing like a roller coaster weather pattern in January...how about this global swarming stuff?

UFOs? really, I have to say I am not a believer, if there were UFOs they would be using us to fill there gas tanks and paying us minimum wage.. if they paid us any wage at all...I am sure greed is not just a human trait, I think aliens probably would have their own power plays...and since they are probably more highly developed then we it makes sense we would have to be their slave labor...so...no...if UFO's and the Aliens flying them were really out there and watching they would not be a-waiting....to take us over...to take us down and call earth their very own playground in the universe.

enough of the chitter-chatter for today..really, I had nothing much to say but of course I said it anyway....enjoy...ruth

helloagaineveryone,

talked about Kenya yesterday and all the violence happening there because of their elections. Well, after seeing the news broadcasts last night I got sight of the slums where millions of Kenyans live and they voiced the hopelessness they felt at this election result.

When do you think we will learn what we need to learn about slums and ghettos and the hopelessness they nurture for millions and millions?

I kind of made light of the violence over the elections but after seeing their living conditions I understood.

Where are all the African leaders? Are there only greedy little dictators left to ruin this Continent? Such a beautiful land...how much sickness and destruction can these people endure...i wonder?

have a great day ruth

Hi Mieke, yes I like those words. Tell me though have you been able to escape having to deal with lower energies?

Hi All, perhaps you can spread this thinking that I have come up.

New legal justification for open downloads of music:

Maybe this idea will get to the right minds perhaps one of you know who they are and will create awareness. When we purchase music we purchase a license to listen to the songs we paid for. I don't think the music industry understands this; apparently this has not been clarified in the courts. We are not buying the piece of plastic they are printed on.

It does not matter what the source is or what format we have it in. We are purchasing a license to listen at our leisure to a song or watch a movie. We can have a thousand copies because we can only listen to one at a time. Somebody needs to argue this in court. That we are in fact purchasing a license to listen, not a piece of plastic or a digital file of zero’s and ones.

This is the legal justification for open downloads of music:

In fact the record labels need to, I think legally provide, free downloads of music. The record companies have not provided a way for me to enjoy my license to listen if the CD gets scratched, as it is now they force us to buy a new license they should probably reimburse anyone who has had to buy more than one license because of damage media.
I noticed about 10 years ago CDs became very easy to scratch not the bottom but the top.

Because the carrier medium can be damaged we should all be able to get a download of a new instance of the song we paid for from the Internet if we purchased the license to listen to it. Since the record companies have not provided a way for us to get a replacement copy the Internet downloads can ethically be justified.

Truth is we don't need the record companies anymore. We can all buy from the artists direct and vote with a link what is most popular. I would be happy to pay the creative talent directly without the huge middle man cut. Another things is corporate pressure to maintain the status quo system cannot be put on artists by large corporations.

Hopefully someone will get this into the hands of the attorneys for the defendants.

Technically based on quantum physics there is only one copy of a piece of music in the universe. This exists in the intangible realm; all tangible manifestations of this one copy are simply a physical conveyance of this one real instance. It is an information universe, everything is ultimately just information.

I just wanted to say that I watched Bill O'Reilly the other night. It was a show highlighting Dennis Miller and his answers to many of our problems. I enjoyed the show immensely.

I have great respect now for Bill O'Reilly, Dennis Miller, and Bill Maher who I occasionally watch. I used to not like or even entertain the idea of liking O'Reilly until I opened my closed mind up.

I think many make this mistake and just dismiss people like O'Reilly when they actually are pretty wise and right most of the time.

Miller does not like Edwards at all, and is going with Guiliani from what I remember. My mind is more open now than ever.

well granny...

it looks ...as of now..with 84% of the precincts in...Barack will win.. and hillary will come in 3rd....what a blow to all know-it-all grannies and granpas!

Peace in the name of religion? PEACE in whatever name you want! Unity and Peace, check it out.

Hi Richard,

#22:

"Tell me though have you been able to escape having to deal with lower energies?"

No, although not consciously, during the first 32 years of my life. Especially during adolescence until my early thirties.

However, looking back afterwards, i must say that i have had several guardian angels during that time that saved me:) Or the right teachers at the right time.

And then i finally saw the Light and discovered that there is no darkness at all. So no lower energies either.

Energy is Light and Light is Energy and the so-called darkness is not really darkness but light in a hidden form. And it always protects you and leads you if you let it do that (surrender to it or be your own light).

I have made several games for myself in 3D with torches, matches, flashlights etc. :)

Mieke

So all those difficult mathematical formulas can simply be put into ONE: E = L and the opposite L =E is also true.

As soon as science really discovers what that so-called dark energy is, we will never be without any ressources ever again!

Mieke

yo doodoman...i was wondering where u were...i thought u died and went to doggy heaven! damn! nice to see u back!

what's new?

Yo Diablo
My goal is to someday be evolved enough to go to doggy heaven.

I was away for awhile cause I was so busy with my work.

So far, there is nothing new, but I'm still hopin'.

peace and good times Diablo

You know as well as I do the cure for cancer has already realized! Tell me more about this...

hayloeveryone,

well, the Iowa caucus is a done deal and the two big winners are Obama and HuckelberryFinn...go figure...I do not think it is a compliment to Obama that He rates as high as HuckelberryFinn, now, if another Republican placed first instead of HuckelberryFinn then I think it would have given Obama's win a more substantial meaning, politically..and I think it is really a plus that Hillary came in third considering that Huck...was such a popular guy for the Iowians...

I mean HuckleberryFinn...the(mr. I have been out to lunch so could you please fill me in on what has been happening in this Nation for the last couple of years...CIA Intell REport(What's that?) Pakistani Immigration is this Nation's most serious threat, he thinks?)...what the heck were those Iowians thinking...oh, right....he is as close to being an EVANGELICAL as we are going to get in this election....now I understand his popularity....

it's now or never...I hear this is going to be Obama's new theme song....It's now or never...lala..lala...It's now or never..lalala..lala...kind of a catchy tune, no?

have a great day everyone, ruth

says the agitator...

"it's now or never...I hear this is going to be Obama's new theme song....It's now or never...lala..lala...It's now or never..lalala..lala...kind of a catchy tune, no?"

are u afraid of a black prez, granny? ur continued sneering (mockery) of him makes me wonder about u!

Well, isn't it great that someone of a younger generation finally gets a chance to become the President of the United States?

He isn't even 50 yet. Young blood, never wrong in my opinion :). He will blow as a fresh wind through all that rooted establishment in your country.

It would be great if Hilary could then become vice-president, so she can support him and also protect him a little bit from going too strong!

Mieke

heythereD,

what you wonder says more about your state of mind than about mine..it's now or never..lalala..lalala...can't get that tune out of my head...

cheers me boy, ruth

haha...if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it is a what? damn!

it's Obama all the way to 1600 Penn Ave! history in the making, but that will make some...from the old school.. like granny wince! no?

I have followed this blog for a long period and I often encouraged by the topics but I am surprised at the silence here over Obama's huge win. what gives? Too close to power?

dude...#37 you don't make sense! damn!

here this should help.

goodsaturdayeveryone,

ah, now I see why one is so sensitive to remarks made about Obama....it is going to be a long road to the White House for all the candidates with a lot of ups and downs and many many remarks will be made about each candidate...yes, even Obama will be made fun of...not just Hillary or HuckleberryFinn....

I don't think using the race card as a defense everytime something is said about Obama will be very productive to his campaign...word from the wise....it is possible...to make fun of, think Mr.Barak Obama is not the man for the job and also to think his wife is a miss bossy pants for telling america that this is a now or never deal for Barak's presidential run is part and parcel of what to expect when running for political office....without having to be labeled a racist...cheap shot me boy...but you are young and I can see how desperate you might be for your candidate to win...

I think I stated my choice for President for many many months...and my choice is not Barak Obama, now, if that makes me a racist in the eyes of his supporters well then so be it...like the Mrs. said...it's now or never....lalala...lala...hahaha

end of this particular talking point...ruth

helloagain,

just wanted to add to my comment above, #40, is that Barak Obama would be the last person to use the race card in his campaign...From what I have observed about this man is that he would be able to take a joke about his being bossed around by his wife and her now or never remarks...and, not, in any way think the person making them was being racist or being against his skin color....he is so beyond using his race as a deterent to the White House or a ticket to the White House...his supporters should learn from his example...by the way, I think he would make a great Vice President for Hillary Clinton this time around...he needs to fulfill his learning curve for the Presidency and being Vice President would fit the bill...

have a great day everyone, ruth

Hello again,

well, it is Saturday am. and I am avoiding...whatever it is I am avoiding or maybe I am just hanging out because I have the time to hang out this am. and just blab....so here goes..

I was just reading an article about how they need to protect Benazir's son at Oxford University since now he has been named (political heir) to the throne of this family's political empire.

You know he is just 19 and he has experienced the murder of his mother..now his legecy seems to be set in stone but I hope it isn't. I hope there comes a time when he can consciously make the choice for himself and not a choice that has been made for him by circumstance and murder...it is only through conscious choice, unencumbered by circumstance and strong emotional sway that progress is moved forward and not backward or halted altogether....he is too young to fill his mother's or his familie's political empire, his pain to encompassing to move through....he needs time and growth and healing...then a new lense to take in the view, the political landscape, the family holdings....maybe they can begin anew rather than continue walking the same perilous political path that has been forged for the past, at least, two generations....I say let this family go...let freedom ring....before the tie is bound to the hands and feet of this young man....

ruth

This article is enlightening on the two approaches of Hillary and Clinton to the elections. I tend to side with Obama. I believe many spiritualists would also agree. He is the best candidate to bridge the Us Vs.Them gap and speak to the Conservative voters, and win the election. Who cares if Hillary can be "the president from *day one*", what did Bush do being a president from *day one* in his second term?

PS. In a recent speech Hillary spoke suggestively of *making history*. She certainly can shrewdly play the sex card to woo the voters. Not to forget her slip of the tongue when she said, she shall mend the damage done by Bush WHEN she becomes the "PRESIDENT AGAIN"!. Talking about 'change', she couldn't change Bill, how can she change USA? :)

Cinton, Obama Draw Distinct Maps for Road to White House for Party Activists
by Associated Press
Friday, January 4, 2008

http://youdecide08.foxnews.com/2008/01/04/cinton-obama-draw-distinct-maps-for-road-to-white-house-for-party-activists/

"“There are two big questions for voters in New Hampshire,” Clinton said. “One is, who will be ready to be president on day one? Second, who can we nominate who will go the distance against the Republicans? I have been on the receiving end of all their incoming fire that they train on Democrats. I’m still here, I’m still standing.”

Obama countered with a call for a broader political base founded on progressive values.

“If you know who you are, if you know what you believe in, if you know what you are fighting for, then you can afford to listen to folks who don’t agree with you, you can afford to reach across the aisle every once in a while,” Obama said. “It won’t hurt you. You won’t be compromised and you will be able to form the majorities that will defeat the special interests and … win elections.”"

"Clinton received a rousing cheer at the end of her 18-minute address, but Obama, the last speaker of the night, had the audience on its feet, waving placards during an earsplitting ovation.

Clinton conceded Obama’s call for bipartisanship but stressed her allegiance to the party.

“We’ve got to bring people together across the divide that too often separates us,” she said. “But we also have to stand for Democratic principles. I am proud to be a Democrat.”

Obama, without mentioning her name, rejected Clinton’s argument that she is better prepared for the presidency than he is and signaled that he is prepared for the critique.

“Lately people have been saying, ‘Well, Obama, he may talk good, he may have good ideas,”‘ he said. “But they will say, ‘Obama hasn’t been in Washington long enough, he needs to be seasoned and stewed and we need to boil all the hope out of him. You know, that argument did not work in Iowa and it’s not going to work in New Hampshire.”"

helloeveryone,

There has been a story floating around at CNN online for the last couple of days...I first noticed it a few days ago and just ignored it as one of those stupid annoying things that come up with political campaigns...but today the story is still there with CNN posing their daily question to readers wondering if Bill Clinton would make a good Supreme Court Justice....like it is already a fact..a possibility, even.

now, I think this is very interesting that CNN would hold on to and nurture this idea...to the point of carrying it for awile then putting the question out there like this idea is a REAL possibility if Hillary Clinton is elected President...because certainly it is not a favorable idea...and really would be political suicide if the idea was at all entertained seriously with American voters....

here is a piece of the article....

"That provocative possibility has long been whispered in legal and political circles ever since Sen. Hillary Clinton became a viable candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Now a respected conservative law professor has openly predicted a future President Clinton would name her husband to the high court if a vacancy occurred.

Pepperdine Law School's Douglas Kmiec wrote recently in the Wall Street Journal, "The former president would be intrigued by court service and many would cheer him on."

It is interesting that Ken Starr is also another famous conservative lawyer from Pepperdine University who invested millions to bring down Bill Clinton in the late 90's..hmmmm..interesting

I think it is interesting how our news organizations give voice to rumors, innuendos, especially when they are voiced by the opposing political parties....I think it is interesting how the news organizations have gone from reporting news objectively to spreading and taking very active parts in spreading mis-information..like it is spoken fact, truth...

It is clear that Hillary Clinton's supposed nomination of her husband to be a Supreme Court Justice would be a huge detriment to her campaign so why does CNN continue to nurture this idea that was birthed by her conservative enemies? Do they have some kind of political investment in spreading and nurturing this kind of stuff...what is in it for them? How much affect does this kind of stuff have on the voters choices?

Remember how many times they interviewed the Swiftboaters and gave relevance to their attacks against John Kerry? gee, the swiftboaters got plenty of new coverage and interviews..if I remember correctly.

anyway, interesting...how the media plays with our minds, no? I especially like how they worded this sentence......

"Now a respected conservative law professor has openly predicted a future President Clinton ."

So the idea must have some truth to it because it was whispered by "a respected conservative law professor.....instead of say by a low-down-snake-in-the-grass liberal law professor...or something to that effect....interesting.

have a great day everyone, ruth

Obama is the best candidate out there! it does not matter who the repub nominee is, he is gonna get his ass kicked...

as for hillary, she is annoying and cocky to the nth degree...coming in 3rd in Iowa? what does that tell u? hillary is just as dead as the repub...this country needs change and Billary ain't it! now granny...put that in ur pipe and .....it!

haythereD,

i don't smoke....

ok then...

quotation...

"One longtime adviser complained that the campaign's senior strategist, Mark Penn, realized too late that "change" was a much more powerful message than "experience." Another adviser said Mr. Penn and Mr. Clinton were consumed with polling data for so long, they did not fully grasp the personality deficit that Mrs. Clinton had with voters."

damn!

"I think it is interesting how our news organizations give voice to rumors, innuendos, especially when they are voiced by the opposing political parties....I think it is interesting how the news organizations have gone from reporting news objectively to spreading and taking very active parts in spreading mis-information..like it is spoken fact, truth..."

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire -- Two days before New Hampshire's Democratic primary, Sen. Barack Obama has opened a double-digit lead over Sen. Hillary Clinton in that state, a new poll found Sunday.

Obama, the first-term senator from Illinois who won last week's Iowa caucuses, led the New York senator and former first lady 39 percent to 29 percent in a poll conducted Saturday and Sunday -- a sharp change from a poll out Saturday that showed the Democratic front-runners tied at 33 percent.

this wont make old racists grannies and granpas happy! too bad...this 2008, baby! damn!

frustrations
of the mind and body
Screaming
from my very soul
pain with every breath
This fire inside, can not be denied
I could meditate it away
but I dont want to!
oh to be in the lovers lair
I do seek
passion with all its
temptations
the most basic instinct
the smell, the taste, the touch BLISS
what am I to do with this mess? WHAT?
tonight I seek a lover
the refection within
curse me so I may
never return from such a place,
I beg you this one night
please forgive my lust
I must take a lover tonight..

Ah yes to be woman
oh oh oh to be love
rapped up in my own sweet body
tingles and sweats
yummy noises of mine
a little lovin
will do
my heart rest at peace
in tiny moments
on your shoulder, in the clouds
over see and in the lands
my soul is full
for tonight..

Heres the strange note I received from Yahoo a few moments ago;

**************************************

Can't talk now. System's down.

Sorry for the holdup. Looks like a temporary glitch in our network has part of Yahoo! mail down, so you're briefly without service. Rest assured the alarms are blaring in the basement and our team is working frantically to get you up and running ASAP. Again, the snag is on our end — so there's no need for you to do a thing.

Whats up with that? Now yahoo is broken : (

Back to it,

I've been putting off watching the movie, Zeitgeist. I watched it today. Yo. I don't usually go for these kind of films, it's too easy for people to manipulate facts and use clever editing to be convincing about anything.

I have not read any reviews yet or heard any talk about it. I heard about it here a few months ago but I didn't see many comments on it.

I will have to digest a bit before I can comment. I was just wondering if anyone else had comments on it.
