There is no pain like inner pain
when everything bounces hard
on the hermetic and impenetrable bubble
that encapsulates you.
When you enter the mood of brood
and remembrance.
When you are overwhelmed
and don’t know what to do.
All escape routes blocked.
There you are, alone, absolutely alone,
no crutches to hang on to
all the universes doing a mahapralaya on you.
It is a very untidy situation.
All of a sudden your latest desire doesn’t matter,
the recent buzz word won’t tickle you,
and the fortunes and antics of politicians,
patricians, and celebrities,
as well as those of Tom, Dick and Harry
cease to exist.

Arsenio, great thought and observation. Perhaps one must dive deep into one's inner self and meditate throwing away the itself to winds. Inner revelations of the glory of God can open our eyes to the real truth and the purpose of our life, melting our ego, and we then get the answer as what to do.
Do you agree with me? What do you think Harb and Heather, in case you read this? You two have great insights into the human mind.
