Mohan Kumar
I am Mohan Kumar Varadaraju came to US for "Software consultant" work to fulfill my American Dream. I am from South India brought up from a middle class family where education is everything to earn for living.

I live in Dublin OH with my wife, 1 year old daughter and my mom (visiting USA recently) and I am working for Software Consultant Company called American Solutions Inc. I have attached the photo of myself and my 1 year old daughter Varshita.

From the beginning I keep asking people around me why are we here.?. Once i asked my grand mother ,, how long have you been here ?. she said 68 years ?. Then i asked , why are you here and where you go after death ?. She said "We are here to be happy and we will go to heaven or hell after death". But these answer never stopped my doubts. I am still asking the same question to myself even after coming to US.

I love reading spiritual books. They inspire me to look ahead in my life and have a higher meaning in life. When I read physics theories like Einstein's E=MC2 law, I was amazed and I remember an equivalent theory exists in Spirituality i.e Jeeva (Human) = Siva (God). Some times I feel like I understood god and death and I will be happy for ever from now onwards but immediately the reality of life remembers me of the day today life and makes me feel how helpless I am. So I was confused why all these things?.

This doubt was cleared to me when I heard a swamiji's speech from Ramakrishna math. He was talking in an seminar in Newyork. He said " I am talking to all of you now, you people are sitting here and i am here talking to you,... buses, cars, train, people, wife, kid etc everybody exists around us,... that is true but still it is not true. What do you mean by that?. Everything which exists is relatively true!!!. There are two truths one is relative reality that we exists here and another is the absolute reality (Brahman). I felt like I got my answer to the everyday problem that we face in our daily life.

I luckily got to know about Deepak Chopra's videos on the google and I was really amazed how he gives a clear scientific based explanation about god. I would like to meet him and attend his classes one day.

Welcome, to the USA and to Intent Blog. May you meet many good friends here.

It is true that the challenge spiritually is to see how the everyday life and the big spiritual truths work together. It is easy to get absorbed in the details and little problems of everyday life and forget the divinity that exists in each of us, all the time.

Welcome Mohan,

Welcome to the USA and Intent Blog....nice post! Yes, the relative and the absolute go hand in hand..:)

Very nice photo of you and Varshita.

have a wonderful day, ruth

"Welcome to the USA"?

He has been here for years (at least 5, I might guess)

Aloha Mohan

William Blake shares man is all imagination the eternal body is imagination that is God. That would fit everything is relative to God.

On Coast to Coast the jim Elvidge's book Universe Solved sounds interesting, like a video game. Jim Elvidge tells the story we are in a programed reality where we can write or rewrite new programs in. He shares how our memories are like cash:)

I am happy your here and may there be many miracles for you and your family... love patty

I would love to hear Dr. Chopra speak also. Hopefully one day he'll fill New York's "Central Park" to capacity and it will be televised and I can watch him here in Los Angeles where I live.

hey Mohan you make it look so simple, where people spend their lifetime to get a rational answer. Good for you that your satisfied with the answers you received.

Dear Mohan,
When you read spiritual books always pick the one that a realized teacher wrote or at least one that reflects on the teacher's exact words. How can someone who has never seen Eternity talk about how to get there or clear your doubts by talking about it. Life is imperfect but an expression of Absolute Space, but an expression is fleeting and changing all the time. Perfection is beyond and before the fleeting attributes of life, so it should be called Parabrahma. And all we objectively see including the energy particle in space is all Brahma. Perfection gave birth to the dimension of imperfection, but is in no way affected by it. Kurt p.s. click on kan for more info.

Welcome, Mr. Kumar. You relay an excellent point about relative reality and absolute reality. It's something that many spiritual or religious traditions have alluded to.
