I think the brain is just a product of this ongoing evolution of everything and it is changing into things we can not even imagine.
I think what we think now will seem so silly fifty years from now.
Here's to an unimaginable future.
I think therefor I think I am.
Just playin' Deepak

I like seeing a video of you casually talking about what's on your mind for the moment. I feel more like your talking to me not at me.

Hi Deepak and All,
The way you explain things is a little above my head, but I will share what I think. I got into a serious car accident about half a year ago (although I came out pretty unscathed) and right as I saw the car coming to crash head-on into me I had the weirdest thought that God created the world out of light (don't ask me why light) as a gift beyond comprehension created from unimaginable love and He was holding it in the palm of his hand and that the other thing I thought was that the world also arises from our consciousness (which doesn't really jive with the first image but that thought came right after the first). Also I had strange feeling about time--time all of a sudden seemed compacted like 20 years could be one day. It was a very jarring experience. Alright this sounds stupid so I don't want to say anymore.
I agree, the mind is the material world and the material world is in the mind. Energy can only see a direct relative of itself, similarly the only way you can see God, is with God, which is of course your Soul. The ongoing process of movement breads life and meaning to appearances, and because of that we struggle and fight with the process. So, why not sit back, relax, accept, and forgive because its nothing personal its just the process. ~Kurt~
Aloha Deepak, Intellect creates memory, (cause and effect.)Third and forth dimensional awareness. Something to experience? Your question invites consciousness into a stream just long enough to... see how have we been conditioned?
Yes, I feel we are all interdependent, our unique memory keeps us feeling separate thus giving us the ability to die and be reborn. Of course we are consciousness itself...OR GOD.
I know nothing...-phil-

No it sounds like Bonnie, and your buddies, Lars, 'free thinking space', Aurora, smartopinion, and sock-puppets & surrogates...
Irvine,
It actually happened to me in the space of a few seconds, definitely not something I had time to "dream up"--anyway I guess you need to attack me on every thread so whatever floats your boat buddy.
#6, forgot to mention your soul buddy 'ruth'.
I love that photo behind you!
I do believe it is all one process... because God's thoughts appear as vibrations within us and if we are "aware" of them... they become our thoughts.
If we are also talking about each individual brain as material, but also as having part of the One Mind (non-material), which I think is what I am hearing, then certainly the One Process is God Mind or God Consciousness. So it's like if we surrender to what is, then we are just doing what the One Mind wants and going with the flow, as we are all part of it anyway. Because we really cannot fight it and when we do try to interfere, we slip backing into darkness or separation. Even if we don't understand the process, it's best to let it be and watch what happens. Then it makes sense somewhat.
And with that said, to make it short, yes I believe that the brain could be the physical of the mind or consciousness, which I had not really felt possible, as I have tended to see the brain as a receptor for the One Mind, like a TV. We use about as much of the brain as the universe uses of itself, so they are certainly similar. Therefore if one increases, the other will as well, i.e., use more brain, the universe expands - and I guess it could work the other way around, i.e., universe uses more space or increases light, then the brain could become more intelligent such as what we call a genius now, but for everyone. And if our brain had more light, then we would all have a halo like what one sees in pictures :-) And the world would be lite by this Light, as it would also be the light and we would not need a material sun anymore.
Well, sorry as this was not as short as I meant it to be.
Hey, thanks for asking Deepak as it causes one to ponder....
Love, Char
Brother,
It is quite amazing when suddenly from Nowhere, from the void of your conscious self a truth is revealed to you.
I remember one time reading in a book by Nisargadatta Maharaj him saying
"Many people have a great attachment and identity to their Body; Yet the body is made up mostly of water. yet no one says I am water"
The brain and the eyeball are just raw material without the divine energy that makes it all come together. This energy alos holds the world and the stars together and is the very life that we are. It is the same energy that made that spelling mistake alos that should read also.
I would like to ask a simple question.
Is it possible or even practical to Understand or desire to Understand the Divine based on what you have realised in the Gym today?
Love

I think that it's a process all right... as I was thinking about this process too this morning... or maybe it's more correct to say that the thought of the process simultaneously manifested in our brains as an aspect of the process itself. The field is breathing and surrender sounds like a very good idea when there is nothing steady enough to hold on to anyway ;)
I've often had similar thought, Deepak. It is so tantalising, like trying to remember a word that is on the tip of your tongue.
That is small beer, of course. However, I feel, that if I really looked, what blocks my word is the same hologram that is blocking my 'wor(L)d!' It's interesting to me, that if one gets on with the 'flow' as we call it, then the word often pops out of its own accord.
Jesus is written to have referred to a 'well of water' springing up from within. 'God' can do no other than ooze from our pores because we're integral. To surrender means to start there, where the answers don't need questions!
That's how I learned to ride a bicycle and what a thrill that was.
I surrender to you too Deepak and now feel your surrendering in this more intimate vid.
DC might want to leave his thoughts in the gym from now on. There is absolutely nothing new in the idea that he discusses. Having said that, why would understanding the process necessarily lead to surrendering to the process?
Aloha Deepak
I remember a friend sharing that wherever we go our consciousness creates that space and when we leave there, there is nothing there.
Jim Elvidge on C2C, shared about his book Universe Solved. He shares how we could be in a programed reality, like a video game. Patches can be put in as writing in anything from ufos to reflections of poetry, it truly is up to the observer of the observed. Our memories is like the cash drawer, how much can or will we spend and how do we want or need to spend? Like we can have only so many pictures on the wall, brings in the awareness of enjoyment of what is there. love patty
Hmmmm....interesting. Years ago, when I was astral traveling regularly, my soul would leave my body behind (along with my brain). Without my body I was free to travel as I wished, by flying (just for the fun of it) or instantaneously being somewhere simply by thinking of it. In this state, I had no conscious memory or thoughts of the life I led when I was in the body. But I was the same "person". Communication was by telepathy and I understood much more, such as there is no death, no time and the body is just a shell. So I would think that if our thoughts are from the brain, where memory of the past is stored, then the brain is just another tool for the Ego to limit us, as the body does and keep us in the Illusion.
Just musing.
Love and Light,
Janis

Hi Deepak,
I think this is remarkable that you can be at the gym and just think about all this stuff lol. When I go to the gym I keep looking at the time on the bike and pretend that I can fast forward it so I can be done.
On a serious note, I have to relisten to your words and digest what you came up with. But, I do want to recommend a book to you by Mike May called Crashing Through. It is the story of a blind man who was given the option to regain his sight after never being able to see and the story of his perceptions of the world after he did it. It is a remarkable book and soon to be a film I believe.
He runs the Sendero Group that developed the first GPS system for blind people.
Be well.
