I think the Dalai Lama is a very beautiful man, who is god, like we all are in the image of God.

I, for one, appreciated the article as it was simply a much needed reminder. Thank you to Deepak and the Dalai Lama!
To me Dalai Lama reflects perfection. To reach a state of "perfection" is not easy...but very, very simple.
A more charming and loveable person will be hard to come across in many a lifetime.
He is the only true spiritual leader in the world to-day; shunning pelf, ego massages and self glorification and embracing simple common sense and decency in all that he preaches without running down another's thoughts and beliefs.
I cannot believe what I am reading here from Simon Freejohn and North. Have you guys gone crazy? Such irreverence and disrespect - not only for such beautiful and enlightened souls as the Dalai Lama and Deepak Chopra, but even to say that of anyone is cruel. Yes, it is cruel to see this here because my heart breaks to see such cruelty of one human to another.
I would like to see an apology here.
Yogi-one, in the light of the Dalai Lamas’ love affaire with science, it would be interesting to know whether your God has supernatural qualities or whether it is simply the one who reveals herself in the orderly harmony of what exists, not in a God who concerns himself with fates and actions of human beings?
Also you say, “Even here, on IB, the most prolific and profound investigators into the nature of consciousness are exactly the same people that have the advanced science degrees, Deepak not the least among them”.
Do you know something about Deepak the general public does not know? Does he have a science degree? Isn’t Dr. Chopra a medical doctor who wrote around fifty books, form “How to know God” to “Life After Death” and many subjects in between.
Science is knowledge or a system of knowledge covering general truths or the operation of general laws especially as obtained and tested through scientific method, while pseudoscience is an activity resembling science but is based on fallacious assumptions.
Re. 9. Re. Martha D:
"Such irreverence and disrespect ..."
In case of Simon Freejohn, it is "enlightening". In case of North, its her genuine concern for the suffering, and her consistent opinion about people in self-help business making millions.
"I would like to see an apology here."
I would like to see an apology from you for calling them crazy and showing your intolerance and immaturity in seeking an apology.
"Do you know something about Deepak the general public does not know?" ~Zürcher
Yogi-one is statement is misleading, in the discussion context in which he made that comment.
Having a Bachelor or Master of Science degree doesn't make you a "scientist." Advanced degree in medicine doesn't make you a scientist either. You are scientist by your work. Writing philosophy and metaphysics based on cutting edge science articles doesn't make you a scientist either. Deepak hasn't published any scientific papers, either peer reviewed or not.
Guys, relax. Deepak is not a 'scientist' in anyone's book, not even in his own book.
"“Even here, on IB, the most prolific and profound investigators into the nature of consciousness are exactly the same people that have the advanced science degrees, Deepak not the least among them”."~Yogi-one
As Vanessa pointed out, there's a difference between people who are scientists and those who have a science degree. In case of Deepak... its a degree in Medicine from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in the late 60's.
To highlight the scale of difference, I suspect, for every 10,000 people with advanced degrees in science there is just 'one' scientist in our present world. By 'scientists who investigated nature', we are talking about people like Darwin, Einstein, Heisenberg, Sagan, Bohm, Feynman, Penrose, Hawkings et al.
I also believe people who are artists by profession rather than those having science degrees have the potential and do investigate "the nature of consciousness"(whatever that is.) equally "profoundly" and "prolifically", if not more, in their own way.
"Dr. Chopra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and a Master of Science degree in Semiconductor Electronics."
Not sure which Chopra you are talking about.
Dr. (Deepak) Chopra has a MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) degree from AIMS in India.
According to Wiki:
"Chopra spent his first six months after completing medical school treating rural villagers in India. In 1970, at the age of 23, he came to the United States with his new wife, Rita. Chopra served as an intern for $200 a month at a 400-bed hospital in Plainfield, New Jersey...
Three years later, Chopra was board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology, serving as a teaching and research fellow in endocrinology at a hospital affiliated with Tufts University. He worked in Boston-area hospitals, later spending a year in Everett, Massachusetts. In 1980, Chopra went to New England Memorial Hospital, where he was named chief-of-staff by the age of 35."
The only degree Dr. Chopra had, is MBBS Degree from AIMS in India. Which is equivalent to MD (Medical Doctor) in India. In the US, he did a 3 year internship to earn MD certificate in US ( MBBS from India is not sufficient in US to become a medical practitioner.) I am not sure MD degree in the US is a advanced degree though. In US, It is a first professional degree (medical diploma.)
Thanks Irvine, it is good to have you around. My screw up and I stand corrected.
Vanessa's comments, # 11, 12, are spot on in their uncompromising tone and clarity of vision. Myself I agree with Simon and sympathize with North. Not just because I am here for some kind of chrussade against Dr Chopra, though I've made myself clear in previous blogging that Deepak has gone astray in what is the real purpose of a Doctor.
Which as far as we know, is to go to the source of pain rather than beating about the bush, by entertaining the reader with political news and worldly discussions. Here is to the Simon's comment, # 1. No enlightened person ever diverted the attention of the seeker to the outer influences but at every occasion showed the one the real source of pain and suffering. That is the manifestation of true Love, not by getting in however flowery discussion on this and that, but by pointing directly to the Heart of the matter.
North's response, # 6, is an angry and frustrated one, no doubt about it, those emotions are distractive, yet at times anger is an act of purging what has been sitting there waiting to come out. I would suggest that North should examen the, perhaps hidden agendas towards the authority and towards the injustice in the world, for as we know, the what affects us most on the outside is the reflection of the deeper emotional stuff within.
Still, I think North has the guts to say what she really feels and thinks, and if I were Deepak, I would read into her words carefully. For North could be the Truth giving Deepak his own medicine.
That much for chit-chat. By the way cannot agree more with Vanessa about the validity of the degree. I've been kicked out of the Art Academy and never got any degrees in art. We are all here God's tools with or without degree and pedigree. We are always God's instruments enlightened or ignorant, makes no difference.
With Love

So there you have it for the spiritual nominations; either the Dalai Lama or Eckhart Tolle.
That's it Ed, Lama was appointed by the community, while Tolle by the unity.
I guess we are all experts through the experiences we receive in our own life. Everyone having different ones to learn from and in order to learn from each other, we share them.
I love to read the books of Deepak Chopra because from the beginning he has stated in his books that he himself was on a journey in life and was trying to describe that journey.
He does not "prescribe" another person how to live. He just shares his own experiences and because they are so universal he touches many people straight into their hearts.
By writing those articles about the experience of a Nelson Mandela or about the Dalai Lama, he is doing the same thing, from his own experience.
One can only write from ones own experience about everything in life.
And by sharing it one receives all kinds of reactions, always seen from the perspective of the commenter.
In other words, the One always writes or talks to the One Self and is ones teacher and pupil at the same time.
Namaste,
Mieke
In this perfect world of the Perfect One everybody is being given their ailments and medicines according to their needs so that they evolve further and further and finally merge again with the One from where they began. None has or can go stray. Collectively all are serving the perfect scheme of things of the Perfect One. Like every small or big branch is serving the scheme of things of a tree and none has gone stray though it may seem to go too far from the main stem-bearing branch.
lol Mieke, perfect timing again! And it seems the comments too carry identical message.
I am not sure Harb... Many have gone astray from the center, even those eager to move towards the light. Gravity in the form of latent tendencies have an unseen way of working its tricks. I don't need to remind you the indian scriptures, besides they aren't popular on IB.
P. S. The Enlightened does not confuse the one who is obscured to his own light, by giving away the true meaning of the Lila, but helps him gradually step by step.
Otherwise all this is in vain. An exhibition of one's state of whatever. When in fact the work has only at its beginning and we have many long moments to come out of the den we put ourself in in the first place.
With Love

Deepak,
How enchanting that an article on the "happy" Dalai Lama would be circulated on May 1 -- May Day. This day is about flowers and "happy" is their harmonic song. Goddess has much to say about May.
Trish~~
@#9--MarthaD--I will not appologise, for what my perceptions "see." I believe in equality. I see no reason whatsoever, that one man should be honoured more than another. To the WHOLE, The Dalai Lama--is no better, no worse, than a street-sweeper is as a human. It is society which put him on a pedestal. As for Deepak; I stand by what I said. I find it hypocritical to charge the suffering for healing. I really do NOT believe God/Jesus/Universe had this in mind when the earth/people were created. This is what is causing the great divide and suffering on earth, isn't it? The haves and have-nots? Who capitalizes on the have-nots? the haves do, always have, always will... in my view; he sold his soul to the mighty dollar, and abandoned his god-given gift as a doctor.
@#11--Vanessa--thankyou for seeing, and reading between the lines--you are observant, and correct!
@#17--Igor--certainly I have deeper wounds; It irks me, to see a brilliant man; make a living off the suffering of others. Thanks for seeing all sides.
OPEN Remarks---Does he not realize, that the poorest and most desperate souls, fork out big bucks for his books? What is so spiritual about that? What is so glorious? It irks me, to see a suffering widow, spend her food money..on a book, which may or may not help her; whereas a "real doctors presence" would do best. Hypocricy is hypocricy--regardless of the one utilizing it.
I see it as capitalizing on the poor and suffering. Others see brilliance.
Two views out the same window--As it should be.
Love,
North
If only happiness and kindness went hand in hand so well as seen in the Dalai Lama - in each of us imagine - we would participate in a world so transformed by the multitudes of humanity living this way. Heaven on earth.
The Dalai Lama would most likely be the first person to say he is no better than anyone else. If he could see this conversation, he would get a good chuckle and give us that wonderful smile. :)
bonnie
@#32--Bonnie--most definately!! : )
I know reading all of this gave me a smile.
Thank you everyone.
derek
Well said North, you are really a doctor's doctor here.
It is true that some people exploit others physically, some emotionally, some intellectually and some, the most subtle of them all and hence the most unrecognised while doing so, spiritully.
But then, it IS the game of life. Does a lion exploit a lamb, a deer? And whatever people may say there is no difference between animals and man, not even between minerals, plants, animals and man...
I have often wondered that such socalled spiritual people should have by now known that wealth is the same to men what a web is to the spider. Indeed it may be its life but it also entraps him to death in the end. A wise man would try to be free of it. I left a very lucrative government service when I concluded that this much is enough for me and for my needed piece to do my next work, for if you do not have enough money your relatives, frinds, wellwishers will not let you live in piece and so you cannot do the work you like most irrespective of whether it will bring you money or not. I made minimum of assets and only thought of making some what I call working money - after working capital - so that later I will not have to THINK ABOUT IT. It is to me is our goal of freedom.
Yet, I also stand by my previous post that whatever one requires - ailment or medicine - at his present station is given by the scheme of things neither more nor less. It does not take sides. Your suffering may be giving you something which now may not be that apparent but compared to which dollars may be thought like mud somaday.
What you said must also be valid for who knows it may now be the most needed dose required by Deepak. So all is in the scheme.
Simon, thank you for your apology. No penance needed. Just your sincere feeling of apology is all that is needed to heal the world. Thank you.
My only concern is the very thing Deepak wrote about in his article on the Dalai Lama. Where is the decency and common sense in people, in how we treat one another?
#35--Dear Harb--many smiles upon you; for you have seen the "way" and on the moment of your last breath; you will have the blessings of your humbleness bestowed upon your selfless reaping; a thousandfold whispered to you from love in heaven!! : ) YOU are a blessed Man.
Best, Personal Regards,
North
North, Harb
Mos of the great spiritual teachers were wealthy mainly because of the millions of people who bought their books wanting to learn some real understanding that they had to share.
I don't really need to read or follow Deepaks teachings; infact I have not read even one of his books, mainly because I know the things that he is saying already.
Having said that he is a unique spiritual teacher in a time when the evolutionary consciousness of the world is turning towards the truth of existence and away from the materialistic bound world.
I love to see his face and feel his voice Chakra as he lectures us on the truth of God in such an eliquint fashion that the spiritual world has not seen before. It is beautifuly put by him.
quite often it is the greedy who can not get their hands on money. When ones life is filled with spirit money stops having any value except to function in the world from day to day. It is quite often then that ones business flurishes because of the flowing continuity of happiness and spirit that money flows to your hands like the love that you are demonstrating.
"It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle"
Assume Nothing.
There are many forms of Riches that Jesus could have been speaking about. It is Ironic also that the Church is the wealthiest of organisations based upon his name and life.
Assume Nothing where he is concerned as you nor I can see the bigger picture of Deepak Chopra.
He could be one of the only people who could kick start a revolutionary new age of consciousness. Everywhere I go I tell people to read his books or watch him on the Internet. So I am partly to blame for him being so wealthy. "Nail me on the cross next to him"
LOL

@#25-Simon--I am well, thankyou for asking. I am busy packing, and apartment hunting. So far, every apartment looked at is a dump, unhealthy, and ugly, and overpriced!! Such is the life of the impoverished.
I am sorry you felt the need to appologise to MarthaD!! Why did you feel she needed it? Is she better than you? Certainly, her reaction is a "her-thing" and really, in the scheme of All; had nothing to do with you, nor me and our comments. She knows this to be true as her response was/is her "own" self-reflection, and disappointment/anger, that someone(s) does not praise her guru. She is caught in his spider-web, and blinded by what he feeds her.
And so, are the enlightened "really" enlightened? Oh.. hardly not! lol If MarthaD were really enlightened; she would have no need to respond to our comments; as our comments do not exist.. so therefor her anger and frustrations DO exist!! (wink)
Love,
North
Wow Simon !!! With much respect for your opinion on the greatness of the man, but your hyperbolizing of Deepak's stature in a greater picture is an exaggeration to say the least.
No doubt Deepak Chopra is a very influential teacher in the field of the science of consciousness known as the new age.
Yet, for anyone who is a serious scholar, and believe me there are many today, he is more a populist than an adept.
I would challenge you all, who are for or against Deepak's teaching to go to the Source of where he drunk the knowledge himself. Instead of drinking down the valley you'd get the most when making a little effort at getting higher up the slopes, refreshing yourself with the pure wisdom of the timeless vedic science recovered and renewed for our age by the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Deepak himself confessed, that all that he knows he received from Maharishi, his Master. I've said that before: I respect Deepak for the fact that he dose not promote himself as the enlightened guru. Unlike many others who only wet their toes in the Ocean. When it comes to the purity of the knowledge it is there to be probed.
It's not a secret that anyone, who had a deeper involvement and experience, than just an introduction to the TM technique, would tell you that there are thousands of those who have reached the level of Cosmic Consciousness ( the first state of enlightenment , with the God and Unity Consciousness being the second and the third respectively ) when undergoing the advanced technologies of consciousness all over the world.
There is absolutely nothing in Deepak's books that does not come from our beloved Master, and for those who have drunk directly from the source there is nothing new nor nothing of value in them. In fact I read, just our of curiosity some of the bestsellers and Maharishi's words cannot be surpassed, for they come from a totally different state of Consciousness.
Nevertheless, I myself said to the others, just like you, that the work Deepak does is very important, even if he popularizes the vedic wisdom on the level of the chart shows.
Try for yourself. The pure, crystal clear teaching of the original vedic Master. You'll never look back and you'll never feel thirsty in your life.
With Love to you Simon,
igor

In the end all of this analysis is irrelevant.
Deepak has brought countless millions to meditation, higher consciousness, happiness
and health.
Millions of dollars isn't enough payment for
that gift to the world.
He deserves cosmic peace/bliss/love.

P. S. # 37, # 40 As far as the wealth is concerned I totally agree with the comments. Not only that, money made out of promoting evolution in consciousness is money free of bad karma, usually associated with the big cash.
Besides some beings are meant to accumulate wealth it is written in their birth chart, it will come to them regardless of what they do, it will be brought to them by the national lottery if nothing else.
Karma is the law of action and reaction. There is no fairness or unfairness in this world, only the distribution of what has been earned and what has been deposited in the first place.
To brake away from the tight grip of karmic consequence is to transcend the pattern of one's thinking. Because thinking is even more powerful than acting, for it happens on much subtler levels, thus bringing more and more of new karma to the existing one.
It's impossible not to create karma until one is totally free from any identification with the process of thinking-feeling-doing, yet one can at least start to attract a positive karma into one's life.
The down side of it is that the golden chains aren't better, still some prefer them to the rusty iron ones.
With Love
Jai Guru Deva
P. S. 2. At the time I was writing my P. S. Simon's post was # 37, and Todd's # 40, now it's # 35, # 38. I guess some comments have been removed.
Much rather give my money to Chopra and his desire for a better world than some powerful man in DC who thinks that most response requires war of some sort... war on terror, war on drugs... etc.
We all know that Deepak's teachings aren't the original, but no one can disagree that he is a great communicator of those teachings. He is using his talents in the service of god... don't begrudge him his money... besides it's my choice to give it to him whether I be poor or not... the same cannot be said for taxes... wish I got better service for my money spent to the government.

Igor, I love you nearly as much
The stream is eternal and is drank from only in the time that it flowed in a particular direction. The great teachers of the past ages tell us that there is only the now. The living god is here in this moment in this drink and swallow.

As soon as someone begins to refer to a spiritual model as an exclusive belief system then they have missed the bigger picture entirely.
Aruveda or what ever it is called means nothing.
Really it means nothing
Neither does Buddhism or any other model you want to bring into your mind.
it is yourself that is the model not Aruveda.
You know Nisargadatta Maharaj was probably one of the most enlightened beings on this planet at one time.
When he was asked about how he had come to this level of enlightenment he replied.
his Guru told him the truth about what was, and then told him to go away and meditate on that.
He didn't need a model to follow his own consciousness is the model.
When people refer to models in future ignore it because there are no models or set of rules there is just whats within.

North,..hypothetically, just think about it for a moment,...could it be that what you begrudge those who have what you don't have is possibly what you begrudge in yourself?
Just think about it...
I wish you pure, abundant wealth...
Peace,
M:)
Dear MarthaD,
I do not believe that what you are suggesting is true in the case of North, although I must admit that I have difficulty myself now and then to stay unprejudiced.
But I have a regular contact with Donna/North already from almost the beginning of this Intentblog and we have exchanged many emails. In it she is a beautiful female soul who encounters many challenges in her life, of which she is able to solve a lot of them by herself. To me she is a real hero (ine).
She leads an unusual difficult life and I am only in full admiration of the fact that she is still capable of staying alife.
She is a strong woman who sometimes expresses herself a bit too strong, but nevertheless by telling a truth that is undeniable, seen from her experiences and perspective in life.
She emailed me that she now is not allowed anymore to post comments on this site and that she is blocked from every myspace site related to this site.
I do not think this is fair.
I will keep supporting North in everything she does to my best ability.
Namaste,
Mieke
Dear Mieke
Everyone is "...telling a truth that is undeniable, seen from [their] experiences and perspective in life..."
Seeing others' truths as equal to our own, though a hard thing to do sometimes -- we all tend to see only through our own eyes, is the one particular gentleness and generosity that makes real communication possible.
I honor your supporting your friend.
love, h
Dear Heather,
Thanks for that, I have read your comments on Deepak's latest thread and will reply to you there :)
Love to you,

Hi everyone : )
Great posts and discusion going on.
Simon, I agree with you that Maharaj was enlightened....no degree to that : ) but you wrote that Maharaj was told by his Guru "the truth about what was and then told him to go away and meditate on that"....that too is a "model/concept" to follow.
In "I am that" page 4 Maharaj said that his guru told him that he is nothing but the self and that he believed him.
In other parts of "I am that" Maharaj points out that different "Masters" teach different but always according to how they themselves "got realized".
Never the less a "Master" is only a master to his own self and can not give it to anyone.
Deepak came to his awareness, through his path. He too is simply a bridge...(that must be crossed)
When people refer to models in future ignore it because there are no models or set of rules
He didn't need a model to follow his own consciousness is the model.
When people refer to models in future ignore it because there are no models or set of rules
LOL Please ignor the last three sentences. I copied and pasted to quote Simone correctly : )
I dont think Deepak will feel so insecure as to ban North from this site. There must be some communication gap.
But if he has really done so it does not reflect well on his spiritual stature and this insecurity will come out in one way or an other till it is purged from his system. Till then it will make him more and more insecure...some day almost to the point of being paranoid about it.
#54 Quite agree, Harb. Any amount of reasons can prevent us from posting not least our own failing computers.
I would want to see direct evidence of a ban. I was prevented from posting for a couple of weeks. A couple of e-mails to kind Admin and the situation was resolved and no hint of a ban suggested.
I think there is a time-lapse set on IB Typekey now as I often have to re log in/register if I'm held up with my posting. I've found I can hit the 'back' button and retrieve my post, re-register, copy and paste, in another 'tab, if necesary and the show goes on!
#50 Yo Ed!
Thanks for playing, friend.
I think I was stuck again.
Running with the ball.
Hi Vivian, Nice to hear from you.
I am that is a great book isn't it?
it is slightly pointless to pin levels on spiritual points of realization as there is really just understanding and that6ts it. I have always felt that Nisagadatta Maharaj spoke on a very distinct level. From a distinct point of view in fact that is totally identifiable with the inner self. So thats why I described him as being probably the most enlightened being at one time or another.
I won't quote to you from I AM THAT as every single context of every word is not important. It is the message within a sentence that are important not the words that come together in what order to deliver that message.
Two twin sisters called Andrea and Victoria. Andrea is the oldest by two hours and fifteen minutes, twelve seconds. Their parents are atheists and are not even married. The girls grow up and have a fairly decent happy life even though their parents separate when they are fifteen. They both do well in school and turn into fine young women at the age of eighteen. At the age of twenty five they are both curious about life. in particular what is the meaning of life and why are they alive and where are they going on this journey they have found themselves caught up in. They decide to taste some religion and both of them join the local church and become "Born again Christians" their religion goes on for three years and then it hits a turning point. Andrea the eldest twin has found God through the teachings of Jesus Christ and it continues to influence her Karma and her outlook on life. Her spirituality develops beautifully and a deep peacefulness and happiness floods her life in every minute and so it passes from her into those closest to her.
Victoria on the other hand got bored with her religion after the three years as it just didn't work for her and she gave it up and met a boyfriend moved away getting married having two kids then divorced, married again to a guy who used to beat her up terribly. She then got into drugs ended up loosing her kids and spent time in and out of clinics and mental hospitals before dying a premature death due to a heroin overdose in Manchester.
Her are two people born of the same womb less than three hours apart. To look at these girls you could not tell them apart from one another.
Both of these girls decided that they would seek the path of a spiritual model in the form of the church.
Yet only one of them found god.
"Fortune favors the mind that is prepared"
"Spirituality or Philosophy is useless to you if you are not ready to use it"
These are all quotes from great people who know what I know.
That is that a spiritual Model does not even exist outside of yourself.
Buddhism is nothing, Christianity is Nothing, Islam is Nothing.
I am going to create a religious model now and call it Carrot... on second thoughts it is Banana.
It is me that is the spiritual Model not Jesus Christ or Buddha. I will know God or Know suffering regardless of any religion because I am the model. I have to experience the living god to understand it.
Deepak Chopra came to nothing through any religion or belief system. He came to where he is now through himself.
Anybody who believes they have been liberated consciously by a religion or a set of beliefs is deluded.
You can't get there without doing the work inside first.
When Nisargadatta Maharaj was told by the Guru to know the truth and then meditate on that, he eventually saw that there is nothing to meditate upon. God is absolutely obvious all of the time and needs no model or rules, ideas to make it more apparent to ones self. It is the content we include in the mind that veils god and this is what needs to be dropped and that includes dropping the content of the Model of any kind.
Love
Simon xx
# 52, Thank you Vivian for answering to Simon for me, I mean you did it because of your own reasons, nevertheless your answer has covered perfectly what Simon needed to hear at that momemt. Blessings to your understanding.
# 45, Simon, forgive me, I've ignored your reply simply because the undertone betrays your loss of cool and I have respect for you brother, so decided not to annoy you as my previous comment to your praises of Deepak's greatness clearly did.
You call Ayurveda nothing simply because you have very little understanding beyond the popular notion of what it is. For if you had an understanding you would have never made such a ridiculous comment.
Yet what amazes me always with beings like yourself, is that the quality of Tamas is so great that it overshadows the better of you. It's not so hard, just go and find out what the Vedas are and than you would not make such hasty assumptions to disregard what cannot be disregarded anyway.
Simon you are Veda and Veda is you. You are an expression of Absolute, not different from It and Vedas are the qualities of that expression. Please don't make unintelligent comments ( basically don't make a fool of yourself ) by dismissing what you have little idea of. Ayurveda is part of your own physiological setup.
Nisagratha Maharaj was a great yogi and an alchemist, he managed to transmute his bodily fluids into a qualitatively different composition and that's Ayurveda for you. Ayurveda on the level which very few people have an idea in the western hemisphere, because it deals not just with balancing the doshas, but by doing so going further into the level of consciousness.
You can think/repeat ''I am That'' until you get blue, yet that wouldn't make you Shiva. Even though you are already That.
Since you are consciousness in a physiological state something else is needed.
The real shift in the quality of consciousness is impossible without the transformation on the biological (chemical) level, for the hormone production is what really rules your conglomerate of body-mind-soul; until there is enough of a certain chemical substance issued into the body, from a pineal and pituitary gland the full realization is a wishful thinking.
I love you more than you know brother, otherwise I would have never shared this with you.

Igor,
Thank you for your love.
You obviously are far wiser than I and maybe I need to read some Aruveda quickly to save my soul from eternal suffering.

The Idiot.

North, Vanessa(who supported North) and Lily S. (from other thread) have been banned temporarily, if not permanently.
Ed, you have been prevented form posting at IB in the past, because you were seen to be "criticizing" Deepak Chopra and other contributors with your unusual humor, and was suspected to be an alias of some longtime Intentblog admin's foe like Ravi Kopra.
North is a totally different case. She apparently crossed a line in her recent comment in "attacking" the blogger, but given that she is an old member, and she has shown a lot of redeeming qualities with her contributions during that period, it should off-set a ban in the longterm or permanent sense.
I suspect, many members who are a wee bit crtiical of Deepak Chopra's articles in the past have been banned on the suspicion that they are aliases of banned mmebers like Ravi Kopra, Skeptisch, Sachin, Divya, Navin etc...

I am
#50 Yo Ed!
Thanks for playing, friend.<
Deepak Baby,
The Dalai Lama.... is no more important than Angus McCoatup the scottish cloak room attendent from Drumnadrockit in the highlands.
Nevermind the Dalai Lama
Who died and made him King of the Gypsies anyway?
Lets talk about someone who is even less important to most people... God.
I know you would like to change that and I wish you much happiness, success and support with that baby.
Love
Simon xx
