What do you really intend?
Intentions are created from thought; it can be no other way. Are you aware of your stream of consciousness, your thought? Your reality is the product of your thought, conscious or not.
Perhaps you intend health. Do you remember that your body is a living organism that is in constant flux, minute changes occurring simultaneously within billions of cells? Or do you fixate on some minor disturbance, thinking, “something must be wrong?” Are you aware that your society is programming you to ill health? Ads in newspapers, magazines and on television promote ill health. “It’s flu season!” Are you aware? Do you remember that your body is fully capable of conquering any disturbance in the energy web that constitutes YOU?
Becoming aware of your interior thoughts and your words to others relaying those thoughts, you might discover the meaning that you are assigning to your life. What IS the meaning of life? YOU are the meaning of life. And as you convey meaning on your life, you create the reality that you call your life. “I am this. I am that. This always happen to me. That never happens for me.” Is this your intention?
When you succumb to the flu, you may have two quite opposite avenues of thought open to you. The likely, stress-related response is: “Why is this happening to me now? I have so much to accomplish on this project and so little time to complete it?” The aware response is: “I must be overworking. This illness will allow me to rest and during this rest I have an opportunity to discover a solution that will enable me to complete this project rapidly and successfully.” This is the way you assign meaning to your life.
No matter what occurs in your life, there is ALWAYS a positive resolution possible. The single most powerful intention that you can project is the belief in “positive outcomes.” Intention does not need to be more concrete than that and leaves you open to receiving your unique, personal best. Become aware and in charge of your thoughts. Your thoughts are your REAL intentions.

Breathing makes all other things positive.
Being aware that one is breathing is enough to become positive.
Be aware that you are inhaling and exhaling.
Improve your breathing and enjoy life to the fullest.
Find out the method to improve your breathing. Breathing and air is free.

The Lord has a plan for my life, or so the preacher man says.
The Body of Christ is humanity itself, of which we are all a part.
However obvious that may seem to some, others may beg to differ, although it's totally unnecessary.
Redemption is a process that is forever ongoing.
A positive outcome means: we have made much progress. (that is arguable.)
If someone wishes to believe that they are on this planet for a good reason,
then they also must believe in a God who makes logical mistakes.
.
The Will--
I intend to will myself to health; or
I will force myself to form a plan of action,
therefore, I have the right to say I intended to do so.
.
I have nothing better to do...yet!
Bye now! Uncle TREE (alias: Me2)
