I was looking for that book chapter that is supposed to be there somewhere and clicked around until I had three ABC screens up, with three people talking simultaneously, seriously and very intensely about honey bunches, bridal gowns and sunscreen :D:D Where's the laughing God, I chuckled...
True, laughter- from the heart- as you say, is uplifting for all life. It finds a way where there was no way before, in the paradox, in the confusion and uncertainty. And it wants to unite us in the place of joy- try staying serious when someone is laughing like in Derek's video...

Dr. Chopra,
As always, I'm amazed at the depth of your wisdom. Loved the book!! (Loved those stylin' tennis shoes too...).
Even the Bible talks about how laughter is essential for good health. I understand how people get subverted though: I took myself entirely too seriously for most of my life. I must admit I enjoy my life so much more now that I've learned to laugh. I've also learned that I see far more options and opportunities now that I've 'lightened up'.
Interestingly, it's the little things that delight my soul and make me laugh. Goofy is good. Goofy leads to those 'ah ha' healing insights for me. That's priceless. To help another soul heal - what could possibly be more worthy and valuable?

Great video. I love those eye-glasses and shoes! Red is a very beautiful color and my favorite! :-) The red shirt is a great final touch. Just love the color red ... did I already say that :-)

Do you have a video of yourself laughing to the point of tears?
Or anyone laughing to tears. Laughter is contagious. I would love to see someone caught on video laughing to tears.
Surely if I go to youtube...........
