This truly is great Sarah, you found the well!!

Just back from a painting course, where we (mostly women) were introduced to the well from which it all comes forth. We learnt some very great painting tricks!

Painting ones life in the way You describe is indeed the way to go. It leads me to the following saying:

"Improve the world, start with spoiling yourself"!!
