Guru Pitka - June 04, 2008
It is I, the Love Guru, bloggin' in for my eleventh entry. In the spirit of complete and pure honesty, I cannot believe that we are now into double digits! It boggles the mind and tingles the loins. (not as boggling as when our pet dog "Double Digits" used his bifurcated paw to scratch his hoo ha and bury a bone at the same time... but damn close)
I'm so excited to still have this connection with all of you, my friends and fans. Connections are important. Your phone line to the world is a connection. Your power lines for your house are a connection. You must also be sure that your connections to the people in your life are solid and reliable. Think about your connections today: to your family to your friends and to your pets. Think about how to make these connections stronger. Catching someone in the act of doing something embarrassing or illegal is usually the best way to leverage these connection in your favour. And if your connections are not as strong as you would like them to be, perhaps this simple Sutra will help.

Okay
This means that all the things you hold dear, or view as important should be held closely and valued, and will make everything okay. There are exceptions, like the apple guy at the farmers market who would like to get to know me more intimately, but that would result in me popping the business end of my sandal in his snot locker. And then the cops would come and it would be a whole thing. But I would be making a re-connection with my anger management counselor, so I guess my previous wisdom still applies.
Yank my doodle, what a dandy!

You know Homer - that's good advice and something I will remember, as I am beginning to notice this, such as - how we perceive someone, does seem to become our reality. A fresh look daily is wise and even the Bible says it, in so many words, that each day is new, as we wake up blessed and forgiven; like the birds that sing to us every morning. Humm ... maybe that Bible story is about enlightenment? But anyway, it's all kind of the same I suppose. Each moment is really fresh and new and in the now.
Also - Guru Pitka's advice is pretty good too, even tho it hit a painful spot in my heart.
Love, Char
Acronyms are fun...
I came up with BYE... I was going to do GOODBYE, but frankly I'm not that creative, nor do I have the energy to make up deep thoughtful words for that long of a word... so BYE will have to do... although now I forgot what it stood for...
oh well bye for now...
#3 Big Yawn Ed?
#4...small chuckle... why the '?' are you questioning your identity? I agree it wasn't the most intriguing or even remotely funny comment, but for it to spiral yourself into a deep sense of questioning your identity is strange...
Everyone is enlightend...everyone. What a tempation to believe that there are levels or degrees..that some are and some are not.
#5 Acronyms are fun. Mine was meant to tally with your own seeming 'yawn' with the whole thread notion. ? = I don't necessarily assume that.
You teasing me now?

Hi Vivian,
How are you love?
It takes a great deal of Understanding to know what you have said above. I would extend it to say that "All are Concious" and there are not any levels to consciousness really. The Ingredients for consciousness is the same in all beings and in all places.
This may offend some people but I will say it anyway at the risk of ridicule.
I am the same as Jesus Christ. So are you and so is the man who lives down the street from me and the woman accross the road.
Its the same being in different forms.

Hello Mr. Guru
I saw a clip of your movie last night in a dream.
It seemed so real, so funny, so enlightening.
When one is enlightened all things are seen as enlightened.

Flash back in time and I am yesterday
Yesterday inside sun-humidity and under Forges-Tree
And she is laughing at me
I said: No, no it's you who took me hands that day
No, Jean it's you!
How could I do that to somebody engage? I am not like that!
And she laughs at me again even stronger
Jean, you were trying to tell me that I was pretty
Yes sure, and you want it
She replied: I have to admit, that day, I was in need to hear something nice about me
So?
But you were talking about my beautiful feet
Yes! and?
I was embarrassed, and you caught my hands right after!
No, you caught mines!
No, Jean it was you!
hmmmmmmm... sorry, really I do not remember what happened... it was so spontaneous... I cannot find where is the trigger.
What a strange event...

Hello Mr. Guru
I saw a clip of your movie
I have noticed within myself and also within others here and close to me that when we converse in some way with another person we always project what has been before between us and them.
There was a time when I was taught not to do this. In a spiritual practice I followed one time I was taught that each meeting one has with any form of life is a sacred event and that it must be approached with a brand new openess.
Sometimes we know that things are the truth even though we do not have a life experience or broad experience of it and this was the case for me with this practice.
When we meet with our parents there is a set of rules/circumstances that apply to that meeting.
With our husband, Wife or partner again there is the baggage that comes with that particular interaction.
In reality I know now what is meant by the teachings.
Every single conscious being we meet no matter how many times we think we have met before is a brand new experience. We are illuded into thinking that a person is the same one we just spoke to yesterday; but that is not the case at all.
You see the meeting and the person/persons are irrelivent to the greater fact that the moment that it all takes place in is the living event of Godly presence.
Even if you get slapped in the face it is a miracle to be experiencing that moment of being.
So each moment we happen to meet someone whether they be someone we have known all of our lives or if they are someone we just bumped into. It is always a brand new experience.
I remember Deepak saying something that I have heard many teachers say before him and that is.... "The Past is Gone; The future is not here; In this moment the Universe is alive"
So next time you meet someone or are about to have a conversation with them and maybe you dislike them or it could be they have wronged you.... remember that it is a brand new expereince to be where you are now.
Love
