Aloha Sarah

Food is the hardest addiction because we have to eat to survive while we are all transcending of fear of survival. The boards are a wonderful place to process and express emotions. We know we are the feed back loop that feeds on metaphors of the unknown because we are powerless over our eating.

As Deepak Chopra shares it is fear the known that we fear. We live in a world of fractals. Be gentle and love self for we know the fractals are the spice of life. Dance like you have plenty of money and worry when no one is watching. Money and food go together, we believe the world is like musical chairs. There is more than enough chairs. The secret is to live in delightful uncertainty so we can dance to our own drum, so be gentle and love self. With the Tao, you have to know the bitter to know the sweet. love patty
