Continuing the daily themes for peacemakers, today’s peace practice is:
Creating for Peace
Today, come up with at least one creative idea to resolve a conflict, either in your personal life or your family circle or among friends. If you can, try and create an idea that applies to your community, the nation, or the whole world.
You may change an old habit that isn't working, look at someone a new way, offer words you never offered before, or think of an activity that brings people together in good feeling and laughter.
Second, invite a family member or friend to come up with one creative idea of this kind on their own. Creativity feels best when you are the one thinking up the new idea or approach. Make it known that you accept and enjoy creativity. Be loose and easy. Let the ideas flow and try out anything that has appeal. The purpose here is to bond, because only when you bond with others can there be mutual trust. When you trust, there is no need for hidden hostility and suspicion, which are the two great enemies of peace.
Please support my intention for peace by going to Intent.com. Then create your own intention to add the power of your intention toward peace in the world. Share this message with all your friends to create a tidal wave of peace for the planet right now.

A world wide project on labyrinths for peace is:
http://www.waterlabyrinths.com/ceremony.html
The world wide circle of labyrinths, commemorating all who have been touched by the storms of life.
Or..... you might want to walk a labyrinth in a country who has the most walk-able labyrinths of Europe at the moment:
http://www.begehbare-labyrinthe.de/
Or when you want to walk them in your own country, just visit this website:

Well, all good peace intentions in three, again for me :)
Dear Deepak,
I "offered words I never offered before" over on Guru Pitka's site.
Thoughts/words go straight to the ether building for us on earth a heaven or a hell. "A mosquito is the embodiment of someone's biting speech."
Young people don't realize this, til they are older and then thinking they know all there is to know give up on learning. I have seen such deterioration in the nursing homes. No speech, no more words. Reminiscing, ruminating, dreaming.
I think the Yoga Sutras have the answer and that is to give birth to the spiritual consciousness.
That's it in a nutshell, from the peanut; yours,
Hi Mieke,
You’ve done an amazing job on your website. I particularly like the 3d room of grey blocks, is it possible to have the 3d effect without the lines and blocks? And, use a black background that enhances the 3d effect of the grey, instead of the blocks?
I was thinking it might be impossible to create an image of Absolute space, but if I come close it might make a good logo, but It maybe undoable.
Hi Kurt,
Thanks for the compliment :)
I am not sure I completely understand which 3D room you mean. So I would like to ask you to give me the link to my own web page where you saw that?
Would very much like to give you a good logo of Absolute space if I am able to :)
Love, Mieke
Mieke,

Hi Kurt,
Thanks, I now do understand which 3D room you mean.
Well, that should not be too difficult to change, because the lines and blocks are the default texture of the 3D program.
Textures are 2D images or pictures that can be made in any painting program. They can be applied to the walls in the 3D room.
They can be made in any colour or shades of grey one wants and moreover, with certain light effects in the 3D program, one can add some more atmosphere to it too.
So I could add my painting of “the void” to the walls and with light effects create more shades of grey. Lol, why didn’t I think of that and thanks for making me aware of it!. Guess too busy with the labyrinth :)
Or, you can provide me with a 2D picture of your own visualization of absolute space and I can add that one to the walls of the 3D room: miekepoll@hotmail.com
P.S. I do not know if you also looked at page II of this painting course: http://www.heartphone.org/painting_course_part_ii.htm
Because, there you can see that you can join two of those rooms together, creating an entrance between the two (and of course in this way join as many rooms as you want) and be able to create infinite endless absolute space :).
And there is of course the possibility to do it all yourself or with a group of (professional) programmers if you follow the link: http://www.3DGamestudio.com where you can download a trial version.
Mieke
Thanks Mieke,
I’ll mess around with a 2d image, spend some time on the 3d site. Maybe someone has a similar image, perhaps in a space game, which I can work with. I'll keep searching and if I find one I'll send it to you.
P.S. I did see that, I didn't realize it was interactive.
Kurt
You are welcome Kurt and yes it is an interactive 3D Game programming environment in which you can create anything, from 2D games, presentations upto 3D games and worlds, whatever your fantasy can come up with.
I couldn't resist to try out some grey effects with a black background and put a few images temporarily on my website page:
http://www.heartphone.org/painting_course.htm
When you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see them. I do not know if this is what you want?
I used a dark grey texture on the walls and lights with different shades of grey.

Hi Mieke,
The second picture under MAKING AN INFINITE 3D VOID IMAGE OF THIS ROOM: HEREUNDER SOME TRIAL PICTURES:
Has potential, if you continue with the grey, in a misty look that shows the depth of a huge sphere, universe, and you feel like your in the center, seeing half of the sphere.
Hi Kurt,
Here another trial, same webpage.
It's after midnight here and am going to sleep. I know now for certain what I will dream about :)

Hey Mieke,

Hi Kurt,
Good morning to you! After a good night sleep I started my 3D world on the void again. While virtually walking into this void, I remembered I sent you a link the other day to
the website of the New Scientist:
http://space.newscientist.com/article/mg19626311.400-the-void-imprint-of-another-universe.html
The article contains one of the latest discoveries of an enormous hole astronomers have found in the Universe of which they believe that: "It is the unmistakable imprint of another universe beyond the edge of our own".
Well, while I virtually walked through and in this 3D void, imagine my surprise of suddenly finding myself again in a sea of light, a blue sky, definitely another universe, definitely a new universe and definitely a new day in my life.
I made a nice movie of this 3D experience, too big though to place on my website. But I will place the pictures of the animation there with a little poem I already made and which you can also read here on IB on:
http://www.intentblog.com/archives/2008/09/becoming_a_unit_1.html#comments
It is all about inner peace. When one has inner peace one can create ones own universe anew, every day and whether this is virtual or real, it always radiates the inner status of ones being :)
Peace to you and good luck with a nice logo radiating inner peace!
And if there is a picture you can use for yourself on my website, feel free to save and use it on your own computer as you see fit.

Hi Mieke,
The second picture under MAKI
Peace can start with simple things.
There is an old saying (in my country):
"It is the little things in life that do it"
The most simple of all is breathing in and breathing out, peaceful exercise :)
It makes one aware of being (in) ones body right now.
A wonderful symbolic instrument for peace that can be used is the labyrinth.
It has so many possibilities that even after five years, me, am still amazed of the creative influence it has and the power to bring one back to basics again, time after time.
My latest project is making simple 3-path labyrinths in the form of a butterfly
in nature, with natural stuff (like fir-cones, autumn leaves, branches, etc.), provided
by nature during every season, giving back to nature what I receive from her, to thank her and to bring peace to her soil for every being living on earth.
Peace can be expressed so simply and it doesn’t have to cost a penny.
And that’s what I focus on: to create for peace without having to fork out money for all those commercial courses that are so popular these days.
