Another video that I cannot watch (i.e., don't have the software, nor the time to figure it out)

Pray for PEACE.

What awesome energy in that room! Makes you want to linger a little longer!

Children really make you feel so grounded.

Jann and I hiked to Big Laurel Falls in the Nantahala National Park, NC, before I flew back to Michigan tonight.

We expected to meditate and breathe in the wild rhododendron and towering pine while listening to small birds. But we as we sat there, we were joined by a family of special needs children...I didn't count, but I'd guess they were a family of seven or eight. Their adoptive father was inviting them to doff their shirts and jump into the freezing water if they wanted as he stood on the nearby bank.

One by one, horsing around and goading each other on, most of the children gained their confidence and sidled into the river even as they sucked in their breath. Finally, one of them with Downs Syndrome, invited me to take his hand. I thought he wanted me to steady his balance. Instead, he was inviting me to feel how cold his hand was. It was cold.

They were ambassadors for Peace, and we were blessed to know them.

As we left, their mother apologized, confessing what she feared to be true, that it had been an intrusion.

I responded, "Are you kidding? We'd have left much earlier but loved their energy."

(NVC is foremost truthful.)

I trust you had as happy a weekend, Deepak. Looks like you did!

You have been quite blessed with the children, and grandchildren, in your life Dr. Chopra, congratulations!

Peace
